4 Steps to Start the Refueling Process:
Basically:
The refueling process is a procedure that involves the following steps:
1. a fuel card (for payment of the refueling process)
2. a gas station that accepts the fuel card
3. knowing which fuel needs to be refueled.
4. PIN and current mileage to make the payment with the fuel card
Step 1:
Please check if a fuel card symbol is displayed in the app for the vehicle, indicating that a fuel card should be available.
If the symbol is displayed, you will find the fuel card (check card) in the glove compartment of the vehicle.
The brand of the fuel card will give you an indication of which gas stations can be used.
If no fuel card symbol is displayed, we ask you to pay for the refueling yourself.
Step 2:
You can find the nearest gas station using the vehicle's navigation system or a preferred map service on your smartphone.
Please try to use a gas station where the fuel card is accepted as a payment method.
Step 3:
Please note that you should only use the fuel specified in the vehicle and in the app (see screenshot).
Refueling with the wrong/other fuel can cause enormous damage and costs.
Step 4:
To make the payment, you will need the fuel card, the PIN, and the mileage of the vehicle.
Please take the fuel card from the vehicle and go to the cashier.
You will find the data for the fuel card(s) in the vehicle including the fuel PIN and mileage, as well as a quick guide in the app, see screenshots.
Note:
The fuel PIN can only be viewed during an active booking. Therefore, the driver must first start the booking in the app by swiping right to unlock the vehicle.
