Once you complete your ride, please ensure you meet all return requirements.
This includes, among other things, that the vehicle is in the designated return area.
Locking a car:
Get out of the vehicle, close the doors and finish the booking in the app. The vehicle will lock itself automatically when all return conditions are met.
Please never lock the car with the car key to end your journey, as this may prevent the vehicle from being used again after you.
Locking a bike:
Park the bike properly, make sure the bike lock is not blocked by a spoke and finish the booking in the app. The bike lock will lock itself automatically when all return conditions are met.
Locking a scooter:
Park the scooter properly, make sure the helmet compartment is locked and finish the booking in the app. The scooter will lock automatically when all return conditions are met.
To lock the vehicle via the app, make sure that your mobile phone has stable network reception.
Vehicle does not lock. App is not working.
I cannot lock the vehicle. The vehicle cannot be locked.
I cannot complete the booking. It is not possible to end the booking.
If the vehicle does not lock as described, please contact support in the Help Centre. To do this, log into your user account and select the "Help Centre" section via the menu.
