Information about Charging Process
How is the charging cable connected?
First, the charging card is taken from the glove compartment and held against the designated spot on the charging station to unlock it. Then, the charging cable is plugged into the vehicle first and then into the station. Charging will automatically begin shortly afterward.
How is the charging process started?
Follow the same procedure as above:
Take the charging card from the glove compartment, hold it against the charging station to unlock it, and plug the charging cable into the vehicle first and then into the station. Charging will start automatically.
How is the charging process ended?
To stop charging, hold the charging card in front of the station, then first unplug the cable from the station and then from the vehicle.
How is the charging cable unlocked?
The charging cable is unlocked by using the vehicle's central locking system. After unlocking the vehicle, it might take a few seconds for the vehicle's cable lock to engage again. If the cable remains locked on the vehicle side, try using the central locking system again.
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
At all charging stations in the ladenetz.de network.
What cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, PIN if applicable)

How is the respective card used?
The process is the same as for starting and stopping the charging process:
Take the charging card from the glove compartment, hold it against the charging station to unlock it, and plug the cable into the vehicle first and then into the station. Charging will begin automatically. To stop charging, reverse this procedure.
Information about Accidents and Damage Reporting
What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?
In the event of an accident or breakdown:
- Call the mobility service of the respective vehicle manufacturer. The phone number can be found in the glove compartment of the vehicle.
- Contact the police.
- Notify Stadtwerke Rotenburg.
