Information about the Charging Process
How is the bike connected for charging?
Using the charger in the wall cabinet. Plug the bike battery into the charger.
How is the bike charging process ended?
Unplug the bike.
How is the car's charging cable connected?
- Park the car in the designated area.
- Plug the wallbox cable into the car.
How is the charging process started?
- Take the RFID card from the glove compartment and hold it against the wallbox.
- Charging will start audibly with a click in the wallbox, and the LEDs on the wallbox will turn blue.
- Return the RFID card and key to the glove compartment.
- Return and lock the car via the app.
How is the car's charging process ended?
- Open the car via the Moqo app.
- Unplug the car from the wallbox.
How is the charging cable disconnected?
- Unlock the car and unplug the cable.
