At which locations are the sharing vehicles available?
Currently in Cologne and Bonn, soon also in Düsseldorf.
Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based)
Free-floating.
What are the return conditions for the vehicles?
(e.g.: Vehicle at its corresponding charging point, charging started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?

Charging process information
How is the charging cable connected?
Plug the CCS or Type 2 cable directly into the vehicle.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
At all charging stations with CCS cables (or Type 2 cables) that belong to EnBW or their business partners.
Which cards are in the vehicle?
(Type of card, card provider, PIN if applicable)
(RFID) charging cards from EnBW without a PIN.
How is each card used?
After the charging cable is connected to the vehicle, hold the charging card to the RFID reader at the e-charging station and select the appropriate connection (e.g., CCS1 or CCS2).

Currently, each vehicle only has one cable for charging electricity from a standard home socket.

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
In case of an accident, secure the accident site and contact the police. Once the situation is clarified, contact customer service by calling +49 171 913 55 39 or emailing info@sunporter.de. We will assist you and explain the next steps.
