At which locations are the sharing vehicles located?

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to multiple locations or do they always have to be returned to the pick-up station? (Free-floating or station-based)

This may vary. Exact vehicle details will be displayed in the RHENAG app after successful registration for each location.

Germany
Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions does he or she have to meet?
The vehicle may only be driven by the registered user. A second driver may drive the vehicle if they are registered with mobileeee.

Information about the charging process
How is the charging cable connected?
Open the charging flap on the vehicle. (Either by tapping the charging flap or by pressing the release button in the vehicle).
Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
Then connect the charging cable to the charging station.
How do I start the charging process?
After the charging cable has been properly connected, the charging card in the vehicle must be held at the reader of the charging station for about 3 seconds.
After a successful check of the charging card, the charging process will then start automatically. The user must follow the instructions and observe the LEDs on the charging station.
How do I end the charging process?
The charging process can be ended by holding the charging card against the charging station again. Some charging stations with a display allow the charging station to be ended directly via the display.
If the charging process still cannot be ended, the user should contact the support hotline of the charging station provider. The phone number is printed on the back of the charging card, or it may also be printed directly on the charging station.
How is the charging cable to be closed?
The charging cable is first disconnected at the charging station, then disconnected from the vehicle and stowed in the boot again.
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
Throughout the entire Maingau-Energie (Einfach Stromladen) roaming network
Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)
Maingau-Energie charging cards can be found at all locations.
How do I use the card?
Hold the card up to the reader on the charging station to start the charging process.
Information on accidents and damage reports
What should I do in the event of an accident or breakdown?
[Accident]
- The driver involved in the accident (at fault) should inform the police (110) so that the accident is properly recorded. The details of the accident, with the data of the person involved and, if available, photographs, are to be reported by the KSC to mobileeee via MOQO Board.
RHENAG will contact the party involved in the accident at short notice and request an accident report and further insurance-related details.”
[Breakdown]
-If the vehicle is no longer roadworthy, please contact the appropriate breakdown service for the respective vehicle manufacturer and have the vehicle towed to the nearest authorized repair shop. The KSC will create a ticket for the incident via the MOQO board
