Vehicle Locations
Where are the sharing vehicles located?
- Malters Train Station
Can the sharing vehicles be returned to different locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based system?)
- Vehicles must always be returned to the same location.
Vehicle Return Conditions
What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., vehicle at the designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)?
- Must be returned to the designated parking space, and the charging process must be started.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?
- Electric car: Malters Train Station
- Cargo bike: Oberfeld location
Driver’s License Validation
Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?
- Yes, via email.
Insurance Coverage
In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?
- Switzerland (CH).
Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?
- No.
Charging Process

- Plug the charging cable into the marked slot.

- The system automatically stops charging when the battery is full.
Can the bikes be returned and charged at multiple stations? If so, at which ones?
- No.
Charging the Electric Car
How is the charging cable connected? (Please describe the process in detail so agents can assist users effectively.)
- Open the cover labeled "Restaurant Bahnhof" on the left side of the vehicle and plug in the charging cable.
How is the charging process started? (Please describe the process in detail so agents can assist users effectively.)
- Plug in the charging cable and then end the ride via the MOQO app.

- The charging process stops automatically when the battery is full.
How is the charging cable disconnected? (Please describe the process in detail so agents can assist users effectively.)
- During charging, the plug is locked. Once the car is unlocked via the MOQO app, the charging process stops, and the plug is released.
Charging Stations and Cards
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
- All public charging stations with Type 2 or CCS charging connectors.
Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, provider, possible PIN code)
- EnBW charging card.
How is the respective card used? (Please describe the process in detail so agents can assist users effectively.)
- Hold the charging card to the marked spot on the charging station, then start the charging process.
Accident and Damage Reporting
What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?
- Fill out the accident report form and call the number stored in the MOQO app.
