The vehicles are fully insured. The person driving the vehicle must be registered with the driver's license and have booked the vehicle. Transfer to an external person is not permitted.

Information about the charging process
How is the charging cable connected?
For normal charging:
1) Open the “fuel cap” on the vehicle
2) Take the charging cable out of the trunk
3) Connect the charging cable to the vehicle and the charging station
For fast charging:
1) Select a fast charging station
2) Open the “fuel cap” on the vehicle + remove the small protective cap
3) Plug the charging cable from the fast charging station into the vehicle
How is the charging process started?
1) Remove the charging card from the center console of the vehicle. It is stored in a silver aluminum case with “charging card” written on it in large letters.
2) Hold the charging card up to the charging station. There is usually an “RFID” or “WLAN” symbol there.
3) The charging process starts. This can be seen on the charging station (the light signal changes) or on the vehicle's display.
How do I end the charging process?
The method that works for every car is to lock and unlock the vehicle with the vehicle key (in the glove compartment at the start of the journey). A message will appear in the car and on the charging station indicating that the vehicle is no longer charging.
How do I disconnect the charging cable?
Once the charging process has been completed (step 4), the charging cable can be removed.
In Renault vehicles, you must also press a button that shows an open lock. The button is located on the vehicle next to the charging cable connector.
If this does not work, repeat step 3 (open and close).
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
At all public charging stations throughout Germany. Public charging stations can be found via the app under Charge Level/Charging Stations or via Google Maps or various apps (e.g., Mobility+).
Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, PIN if applicable)
Charging card from Ladeverbund+ (green or anthracite) in a silver aluminum case in the center console.
EnBW charging card (blue) in the glove compartment in a designated slot.
How is the respective card used?
1) Remove the charging card from the center console of the vehicle. It is stored in a silver aluminum case labeled “Ladekarte” (charging card).
2) Hold the charging card up to the charging station. There is usually an ‘RFID’ or “WLAN” symbol.
3) The charging process starts. This can be seen on the charging station (light signal changes) or on the vehicle display.
Information on accidents and damage reports
What should you do in the event of an accident or breakdown?
1) Secure the accident site.
2) Provide first aid if necessary.
3) Inform the police.
4) Have the car towed away:
