Only the registered user is allowed to drive the vehicle. A second driver can drive the vehicle if they are registered with mobileeee.

Information about the Charging Process
How is the charging cable connected?
- Open the charging flap on the vehicle (either by tapping the flap or pressing the unlock button in the vehicle).
- Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
- Then connect the charging cable to the charging station.
How is the charging process started?
After the charging cable is properly connected, the charging card located in the vehicle must be held to the reader of the charging station for about 3 seconds.
After successful verification of the charging card, the charging process will start automatically. The user must pay attention to the instructions and LEDs on the charging station.
How is the charging process terminated?
The charging process can be terminated by holding the charging card to the charging station again. Some charging stations with displays allow the process to be terminated directly via the display.
If the charging process still cannot be terminated, the user should contact the support hotline of the charging station provider. The phone number is noted on the back of the charging card, alternatively also directly on the charging station.
How is the charging cable disconnected?
First remove the charging cable from the charging station, then disconnect it from the vehicle and stow it back in the trunk.
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
Throughout the entire roaming network of Maingau-Energie (Einfach Stromladen)
Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)
In the cities of Kelkheim & Ludwigshafen, there are charging cards from the provider amperio (Chargecloud).
At all other locations, there are charging cards from the provider Maingau Energie.
How is each card used?
Hold the card to the reader of the charging station and start the charging process.
Information on Accident and Damage Reporting
What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?
[Accident]
- The driver involved (responsible) should inform the police (110) so that the accident is properly recorded. The details of the accident, including the data of the parties involved, as well as any photos, should be reported to mobileeee via the MOQO Board.
- mobileeee will contact the involved party shortly and request an accident report and other insurance-relevant details.
[Breakdown]
- If the vehicle is no longer drivable, please contact the respective breakdown service for each vehicle manufacturer and have the vehicle towed to the nearest authorized workshop. The KSC will create a ticket about the incident via the MOQO Board.
