Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?
Requirements: Second drivers must agree to the terms and conditions, be over 21, and have a valid driver's license. Registered users must be in the car.

1. How do I connect the charging cable?

2. How do I start the charging process?
Connect the car and charging station using the charging cable. First plug the cable into the car. Hold the charging card up to the charging station. Store the charging card in the glove compartment.
3. How do I end the charging process?

4. How do I disconnect the charging cable?
Press the unlock button on the key twice. Pull the plug out of the vehicle (must be unlocked). Then pull the plug out of the charging station. If the vehicle is locked, the plug cannot be removed. Put the charging cable back in the trunk.
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
The provider's charging card can be used at all public charging stations listed on the charging map on the Ladenetz.de website. Note: The additional card from Shell can also be used at all other charging stations (but always prefer the provider's card).

Information on accidents and damage reports
What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
In the event of theft or damage (whether your fault or someone else's), inform the provider and the police. Document the incident in an accident report. Damage must be documented with photographs and forwarded to the provider. Measures such as towing must be agreed with the provider (except in emergencies requiring immediate action, in which case the provider must be informed afterwards).
