At which locations are the sharing vehicles located?
- Wolfsburg, Osnabrück, Stuttgart, Munich
Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pick-up station? (Free-floating or station-based)
- Free-floating
What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car must be connected to the corresponding charging point, charging started, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)
- Key in the glove compartment and booking must be ended in the app. Report any damages. If the battery is below 50%, the vehicle must be charged.
Which vehicles are available at which locations?
- Cupra Born and ID.Buzz in Wolfsburg, E Mini in Osnabrück, Cupra and Mini in Stuttgart, Renault in Munich.
Must the driver's license be validated? If so, how can it be validated?
- MOQO representatives at the locations personally check the driver’s license and validate it in the system.
In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?
- Germany
Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they fulfill?
