This is to ensure that you can always be reached if necessary.

- What if I do not receive the SMS?
How does the verification work?
- Once the feature has been activated for a team, the members of that team will receive a notification that leads them to the “Verification required” screen.
- There they can request an SMS to be sent to their mobile phone number.
- An SMS with a verification code will be sent to the specified mobile number by the service provider.
- After the user replies with the correct code via SMS, they will receive another SMS confirming the verification.
- The user's account will then be activated (with regard to SMS verification) for booking vehicles.
What if I do not receive the SMS?
It may take a few minutes for the text message to arrive.
However, there are some limitations:
- Country code
- Not all countries are supported
- General conflicts with certain mobile providers
Country codes
If you use a phone number with a different country code than the country you are currently operating in, technical issues on the side of the mobile carrier may occur, which can prevent delivery of the text message.
In this case, the only solution is to use another phone number.
Call centers and other support channels on the app side cannot assist.
Not all countries are supported
The SMS sending service is only available in certain countries:
- Germany
- Netherlands
- USA
- Austria
If you do not receive an SMS in other countries, this may be due to the SMS service not being supported there.
The only solution is to use a different phone number.
Call centers and other support channels on the app side cannot assist.
General conflict with some mobile providers
If you are affected by this issue, the only solution is to use another phone number.
Call centers and other support channels on the app side cannot assist.
