How to reset my password?
I can't log in anymore.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot password” function in the app.
Click on “Forgotten password” under the area for entering your email and password (= login area).
Then enter the email address with which you are registered with the service.
You will then shortly receive an email explaining the next steps.
I want to my reset my password but it's asking for the old password
This problem occurs if you are still logged in when you reset the password. The app requires the old password to ensure that the person trying to change the password is authorised to do so.
-> Please ensure that you are logged out of all accounts, devices and browsers/tabs when resetting the password.

How to change my password?
To change your password, it is necessary to reset the current password.
Please note that you must be logged into your user account in the web view at portal.moqo.de to do this. The password cannot be reset in the app.
Once you have logged in to the web view, go to "User account" and "Edit". Then select "Reset password" and follow the steps to set a new password.
