At which locations are the sharing vehicles available?

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to different locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based?)
No – they must be returned to the location where they were picked up.
What return conditions apply to the vehicles? (e.g., vehicle parked at designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)
Return at the pickup location, at least 25% fuel remaining in the tank, chip and key in the slot in the glove compartment.

Yes. Validation is mandatory. The validation process is started via the Moqo App.

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
All instructions for reporting a breakdown, including a 24/7 hotline, are located in the glove compartment.
Are there additional instructions for users in the vehicle (e.g., a how-to guide)? If yes, where can users find them?
Everything is in the glove compartment, including the vehicle registration document.
