Each booking is subject to the Usage Terms, which you accepted before confirming the booking. The Usage Terms also include the catalog of penalty fees.
A fee for failed payment is included in the catalog of penalty fees and is automatically calculated by the payment service provider as soon as a payment fails.
If the payment for your booking has failed, the fee has also been charged. Please resovle the open receivables directly via the app or portal so that you can create bookings as usual afterwards.
